With 29 years of experience in the real estate business, Tony brings his analytical skills, contract knowledge, and commercial real estate negotiating experience to our clients’ real estate transactions in order to keep their sale on track and ultimately bring it to a successful closing.  He is also responsible for managing and directing the team’s efforts in attending to our clients’ needs during the home buying or selling process as well as overseeing the marketing systems and business operations related to a busy real estate practice.

Lisa Strothenke

Lisa is a licensed real estate agent who works with our seller clients while there home is on the market and while they are preparing their home for the market.  She schedules all the showings of our clients' homes and provides our clients with feedback and advice. She also administers all of the electronic databases and websites that our sellers' homes are listed on. She also assists Fraida in analyzing current market conditions to assist our clients in properly positioning their home in the marketplace.

Kristen is a licensed real estate agent and brings 5 years of real estate and 8 years of office management experience to our firm.  She works with our clients from the time they sign a purchase contract until they close.  Kristen  manages the transaction during this time and tracks the mortgage and home inspection process.  She helps resolve mortgage, home inspection and title issues as they arise in order to keep the transaction on track and keeps you apprised of any developments that would affect the scheduling of a closing on your home.  Kristen is your primary point of contact with our firm during the time your home is under contract right up to the day it closes.

Lisa is a licensed real estate agent who works with our buyer clients while they are looking for a home to purchase  She researches the market each day and sends information to our clients on homes that meet their criteria. She arranges appointments for our clients to see homes and once they have a home under contract she attends the home inspection and final walk-thru with our clients.  She is the primary point of contact for our home buying clients while they are looking for a home.

Tom is a licensed real estate broker with over 30 years of real estate experience. Tom has been working exclusively as a buyer’s agent since 1992 when he started his own buyer’s agency firm.  Tom moved to the Capital Region in 2007.  He employs a consultative approach to the home buying process and our clients benefit from his demonstrated knowledge and long experience.  Tom is also a skilled negotiator who helps our clients understand the local real estate market and write winning offers.
